This hotel is a great base for exploring Manchester. the staff is attentive and accommodating, from the receptionist at check-in to the night porter who helped us with snacks late at night. the hot breakfast was excellent, and the standard double room was bright and comfortable. the beds were very clean, and the room amenities like the tea/coffee making equipment, work desk, and satellite television were convenient. the hotel's location is unbeatable, being close to the train station and major attractions, with central Manchester just a 10-minute walk away.

Pleasant and stylish hotel with stunning location so close to St Peter's Square. Pleasant staff from the receptionist who checked us in to the night porter who sold us snacks at 1am, neat and immaculate rooms.

The rooms were airy and a nice size with a bath, comfortable bed, and new bottles. the location was magnificent and fantastic, around 4-6 minutes' walk from the Palace Theatre. the hotel was really close to quiet areas for a good night's rest.

The setting was excellent, just off the tram stop and close to the city center and key attractions like Piccadilly Gardens, the Arndale, and Oxford Road. I was surprised by the nearby Mancoco offering some great goodies and drinks.

There's no safe in the rooms, no closet without a door.

I was working at the gmex centre and its opposit, has a very good english breakfast a little fruit but nothing else thats about it for the likes
The room is tiny, you pay for internet £10 I was there 8 days in total?? No discount, the bar was very average and I cancelled my first night at 4pm the charged a full day even though they agrreed it was ok, I had a late check out they said yes but on check out they charged ne £10 per hr and was very rude when I said I was not paying and charged my credit card any way I will never stay there again........and strongly advise any one else from doing so

The employees at the hotel were very attentive, from the receptionist who checked us in to the night porter who sold us snacks at 1am. the room we stayed in was a nice size and brand-new. the location of the hotel is particularly good, just a short distance from a public square.

we went to the brigewater hall to see a marvellous concert-had an early supper nearby. We had a look round the city.
the breakfast buffet hot food was cool, but still edible! perhaps hot milk with the coffee would be good.

Great location. Looks quite far from Piccadilly Gardens on the map but really is a 5 minute walk. There is a canal at the back of the hotel that is a nice walk all the way up to Piccadilly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and what you would expect from this chain. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the front looks onto the main road.
